alphonse(6)Updated They didn't get to the color stage, they just look like small ears of corn. Without the thick starchy outer coat on the hulls they probably won't dry well and definitely won't pop. Stalks are all mangled up.

digdirt2Updated Prepped food left sitting out is just an open invitation to bacterial growth. Since they are already cut up then you will have to at lest refrigerate them to retard the growth. You can also freeze then but they will be more mushy ...
