powered wheelbarrow / garden helper

i am in the process of designing a battery powered wheelbarrow that will collapse to ground level so there is no need to lift stuff into it. leaves/debris etc can simply be pushed/swept in/out. is this a worthwhile feature? i am also considering having raising & tipping facilities. the basic idea is to make moving stuff around the garden easier for people with restricted mobility any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated

Awesome! Would the person have to stoop over? Big issue with my Mom. What would the price range be? Also big issue. Tends to be lots of stuff for accessibility, but is not attainable due to prices. Peace. J

DR makes an item that is very close to what you are talking about. web site http://www.drpower.com/TwoStepCategory.aspx?p1Name=DRPowerHome&Name=Powerwagon2Step&BC=0:Home&LinkType=2&src=IP00057
They want nothing to do with wheelchair users as I contacted them about the use of one as there is a large market for something like that for wheelchair users.
But I'm sure it was a lawyer responce.
