As I'm sure you know, your posts have that touch of wacky humor. You should be a writer, if you aren't already. You've got that little kink in the way you see the world that puts a light on something for everyone else. It's a gift-- why not use it?

Maybe you could get your weekly free "suburban journal" to publish a column on your adventures. Or some other paper that has some space to fill? Send along three or four and see what they say.

You might also try writing more of them and publishing as a book, but that might be harder, I don't know.

Alternatively you could go on the stand-up comic circuit and see if people will laugh at a girl in a walker :)

Well, thanks, but you shouldn't encourage me. Foolishly the Kirksville Garden club voted me secretary (I ran unopposed). One of my secretarial duties is to do a little write up in the paper about our meetings. I've got just under 2 years of what I like to call in my mind "my column" before we vote again. I should be writing it now.
