Seed Pod?

I was looking at my plants, pondering a prune job when I found this. It looks like a seed pod. I am surprised because this plant is in my screened lanai. So supposedly I have no bees, etc. there for pollination. Do you think the anoles, which seem to love to climb onto all of my plants, could have pollinated it?

If this is a seed pod, should I put off pruning the other branches until this matures?

Yes, Crenda, it is definately a healthy seed pot. Congratulations.You could probably get more than 100 seeds when it matured. Good luck and have fun.

It's been a weird year for my plants. I was gone almost all summer helping my mom. Everything that got ignored has done really well. My almost dead zinnias reseeded and gave me a lush garden when I came home. My Kalanchoe shoved into the patio corner look better than ever and have been blooming profusely. My plumeria have several seed pods. Both my DRs have bloomed nicely and now I have the seed pod.

There's a lesson in there somewhere!
