The dark, slightly picoteed edge of petals and the yellow throat is very attractive.

Indeed I'm lucky to have favourable climate.well I have two 4 year old babies with nice cordex and four 1.5 year old grafted ones and also two sisters of this perticular child , total 9. I'm planing to buy few more duble & triple petals this year. In my country adeniums are surprizingly cheap compared to europe.A 6'' grafted duble would cost 5-6 $ .Lucky me.

Souradeep, if I could buy a 6" adenium of any kind for 5-6$ (and I assume you mean USD?) that equates to GBP3.30 - 4.0, my house would never be big enough to fit them all in!!
So far I have only ever seen one for sale in the UK since I discovered DR's on a visit to Bangkok in 2005...it would have been around 8inches tall I guess and cost GBP20=USD30!!! That side trip to Bangkok has a lot to answer for as I have been hooked on DR's ever since!
