Hi Lennie,
I only leave the cover over mine for a couple days after the first 50-60% have heaved the soil. If they are left too wet and humid you could risk chances of fungal issues, etc. I am not sure if you have on heat mat? If you do, you could leave the ones that have not germinated inside the cover and the others just outside on heat mat. You do not want the seedlings to dry back as older Adeniums.
I would think after 10 days, you will not see more.
Good light and warmth are a must.

I'll start leaving the dome off for short periods during the day, but it's still pretty cold at night. I used a gritty mix in the hopes of avoiding fungal issues, we'll see how well it works.
