I to am anxious about getting mine outside, but I would be cautious. If you do put them outside only during very warm sunny days (mid to high 60's) and in at night. I keep mine against the house, sheltered from any rain and heat radiates off wall. Probably want to watch watering schedule while temps. are at min.
Anything lower than 60F I would not bother putting them out.

I am in Texas and having problem with them right now.
Weird weather, cold, hot, cold hot. The leaves are still not coming out yet. I did hard prune in late Feb and now so many branches got rot with this weather. I want to cut down more but it rains so many days in the roll and that stops me from cutting more.

If your plants are happy inside, wait a little longer for safe side.

hmm guess you're right. I guess i'll wait till the first week of may and see how the weather is like. Our spring this year is very unusually chilly.. last year around the same date it was already nearly 70

Interesting, over here in Croatia we had the weirdest weather, biggest snowstorms in a hundred years over and over this winter, then there was the last one with a half meter of snow, then immediately after that around ten days of constant rain and massive flooding, and then a week after 25 C. There was absolutely NO spring, we jumped from snow to summer. My adeniums are outside for about ten days now, even at night. And all of this written above happened from the end of march till now X_x
I just talked to my neighbors, we usually trade seedlings of various crops, we concluded there was no point planting lettuce and cold weather crops, since temperatures are better for tomatoes and squash anyhow. Sorry, not adeniums related but i just had to share, craziest weather this year.
