My poor wee hummels sunset

Hi folks, I pop in here sporadically and have always appreciated your advice, however, sorry to say i need some more
I bought a Hummel about 2 months ago. When it arrived there were 4 plants, planted very loosely so I split them. All seemed well but now they are dropping leaves. I literally touch a leaf and it drops off, mainly from the bottom. They live in the greenhouse and I water them only when dry. Are they possibly dropping because the plant isn't big enough to support them or am I doing something horribly wrong. Their feet are in 50/50cactus perlite. The leaves around the pots are the ones that have dropped. i would appreciate any help. Many thanks all
