Seedling lower leaf turning yellow at edge

One of my adenium seedling is about 2.5 month old. The new leaves looks health but the earlier leaves are starting to have brown spots on the edge of the leaves which look like they just dries up (pictured below). Other earlier leaves start to develop the same symptom. My other seedlings don't seem to be in trouble. Is this normal or this is some sort of fungal infection?

You have more green than any of mine did... By the time mine had that many leaves the lowers had already dried up and fallen.

So it's not a blight? It doesn't appear on my other seedlings which have more leaves than this one.

Some of mine did the same before. I think it was possibly from water sitting on the leaves then the sun burning that spot before the water dried up. If you fear something is wrong you can always pinch off those leaves.

That's true. But I'm trying to avoid have open wound on the plant because then virus and fungus has a chance to get in. I'm so paranoid :)
