black leaf tips

Okay I know pachypodium isn't adenium, but a lot of you also collect pachypodopiums. SO I just bout a pach. and I sprayed it with neem at night to prevent spidermites that are on my adeniums. Well idk if it was from the neem but my patch. leafs tips are turning black. Help I can't find anything online about this!

I have never treated my Pachypodiums with anything other than an insecticidal soap spray and rinsed off with plain water 1hr. later. Have only done this once ever. Do the same for my Adenium if needed.
I would tend to rinse them of with out getting the soil too saturated and leave in a warm and shaded site.
