So.. I have an Adenium.. yellow leaves felt down... got new leaves... no flower and found a soft spot on caudex... I begun to dig it and found that is everywhere on the bottom. and now I'm confused... too much water.. too little water.. Is my plant going to die?

Claudita, I am sorry that you plant got rot at the bottom. That is bad spot. Cut ALL the rot off, and dry out few days.
I used wood glue on the cut spot and dry out for 1-2 days before plant it again. Good luck.... I hope it will survive for you.

Good luck, Claudia!!

I agree with Marie.. Cut out the rotting parts.. Let it dry and seal... Pot up like Marie suggested...

There is a chance it will make it.. You can only try...
