How to trim/or do I trim?

My first Adenium, as you see in the pic,should I trim it? Help!!

No, it is ok - no need to trim for a long, long time. Adeniums bloom best when pot-bound.

Thank you Kay, now I can wait for beautiful flowers. So glad I don't have to trim.
