I have one of these. I've always thought of it as an odd ball because I never seen another one anywhere else. Mine is 7 years old. I will post a picture later tonight.

Here is my 7 year old that I have always considered miniature because it has
Never grown big ...its height is less than a foot.

Thanks Joe,for posting this photo. They are very dwarf and the Adenium
growers speak of the somewhat twisted/curled leaves being a very good
trait. I guess there are some that do not produce this character.
Has yours flowered for you? Mine still quite young.

It has bloomed and only once. The color of it was the original pink with a little white running down the center into the throat. And just like you mentioned Rick ...I have only kept it because of the curled leaves it has. I have for years taken this desert rose to other growers around the area here and no one has been able to shed any information on it. So I have kept it because it's one of my first ones.

Congrats to both of you. I very much like the look of those. One to go on my "future" list.

This variety looks like one of those curled-up hoyas, Rick and Kiwijoe. Even if they never bloom, I like that they are almost unrecognizable as adeniums. I especially like that they stay that small!
