A little seedling advice, please

I've been lurking for a while, soaking up the knowledge and drooling over the pictures. I have three Adeniums (Adenia?) - Little Genius, Luang Siam and Yellow Sorbet (all which should be in bloom in the next few days) and two more on the way - Ploypakay and Maithong. I just love these beautiful plants that thrive in the brutal Texas heat.

Anyhow, reading all the seedling posts inspired me to give it a try. All have germinated, have cotyledons and are looking good. I put them outside (in the shade) to germinate in the heat; now that they have should I opt for continued heat and shade outside or bring the seedlings in and put them under a plant light in my 73F house? It probably doesn't matter but I'm in full OCD mode :)

Another question: I read in a couple of posts that I should remove the seed "sheath" from the cotyledons. Why?

TIA!
