I am by no means an expert, but I wanted to reply because I know how it is to ask for assistance and not get a response.
It is hard for our mentors to give advice when they are not dealing with the plant themselves or have a photo to hopefully give a more informative answer.

If the plants look healthy and you fertilize at a reduced rate (1/8-1/4 strength)
each time, then you need to be patient and let them do there thing.
You cannot hurry them.
