new DR

I went to Wallyworld to pick up some garden mums & I found a DR stuffed behind a bunch of other houseplants (gleee!)

Of course I bought it. It's bigger than the one I bought at twice the price, at 14$, I didn't even mind that someone ripped his arm off & he has a pretty prominent scar.

I'm sure he's pink :) I'll be pruning branches, root pruning & re-potting soon.

Thanks Marie =) I'm very pleased with him. My first DR's caudex is about half the width of this guy's. I'm happy to have one so mature.

My first DR is doing soooo well in this gritty mix. Started showing new growth within the last 2 weeks and I'm sure it'll get fuller before the season winds down.

I have the same hopes for this little fatty :)

I agree, great buy! That IS a little fatty LOL!!! My WalMart DR is a hardy one and blooming for me already. If you get them before they kill them they're good plants!
