Newbie With A Question.

Hi all,

I'm a lurker here but have posted in other forums. I'm from Trinidad in the Caribbean. I have a gardening blog which can be viewed at: http://trinigarden.blogspot.com/

Adeniums have been popular here for years and quite pricey too. I've wanted one for the longest while but never got around to it.

Today I purchased a seemingly grafted NOID adenium as it was 40% off the regular price, but still pricey nonetheless. I don't know the colour and form but I'm guessing it's either a pink or red single.

If all goes well I will try to obtain named cultivars in the future,

Here is a picture of it. I want some advice on whether it should be pruned or not at this stage, and if so how far should it be cut back.

Thanks
