Observation of one of my junvenilles

I was attending to my plants and came across one of my seedling with an interesting leaf formation. Atleast to me it is.
Most leaves grow in an alternate formation, but this one is forming it's leaves in a opposite formation.
Not sure if this is related to the cristate forms or a beginning. Will be interesting to watch.
It is like this on all lateral branches below aswell.

Boy you are very observant. Based on some of your comments I look at my seedlings so much differently and look for the details. Thank you for that. I think that is going to be exciting to watch and see how it performs once it matures.
