Congrats, I'm not very experienced in growing adenium, got two big plants from someone last year and have them at my front porch. A few months ago each plant developed a couple of these pods. They had two pods together like in your picture, so I think yes it's a seed pod. Silly me didn't know that it's a rare occasion and didn't collect the seeds. I do hope they will do it again.

Should eventually develop into seed pods. Here is a picture of one of mine in bloom earlier this year. It gave me about a dozen or so seed pods. I'm purposely letting the plant grow tall and it is about five and one/half feet now. I have a bunch of other adeniums that also gave me seed pods this year and a bunch more still on plants waiting to mature,

The seedlings pictures I posted under "Albino Adenium Seedlings" came from this plant. However, with all the blooms that were abundant on adjacent plants, there's no telling which ones pollinated this one to produce the seed pods and subsequently all the seedlings.
