I do not know why some seem to hold their leaves and some lose them.
I have many grafted forms that have a full head of leaves and bloom like crazy and then others leaves are very sparse, but still bloom like crazy.
I have not been too concerned as they are all growing well.
If they where dropping all of their leaves and flowers then I would be concerned.
Losing leaves for dormancy reason is indicative of each individual plant.

You may find that your Siam Yellow shows more yellow in later blooms.

One thing I do love about the DR roses is that they last so long. My main passion is growing Hybrid Echinopsis cacti. Those flowers usually only last a day so if I miss taking a pic I have to wait until next year :-)

There sure are a lot of successful growers on this site. Such beautiful plants and flowers.

I just don't have the right climate so it's a little tougher for me. But at least I can enjoy yours!
