not sure what to do

As you can see all the leaves have fallen off my first adenium. When I got it, it was about 6 inches. I got it from lowes, on the floor, cashier and I didn't know what it was and it was just the Trunk. This was in January. It has grown and flowered beautifully, we have had a great deal of rain and suddenly the leaves started falling off. My first question is....why is this particular adenium leaves suddenly falling off and i see that buds did not open, and my others adeniums leaves did not fall off. Can I cut the stems
back now and where do I cut and how far down, I want to begin to shape it.

The night temperatures are now in the upper 50 and lower 61. Have started putting them in less sun, preparing to bring them inside. When should I finally bring them in and understand they can water
them monthly? Please help

It could a number of reasons for the leaf loss from too much water to just that particular plant.
I have had a number start shedding leaves and are leafless, but the plant is healthy and there is no rot.
If you are going into a time when your plants are moving inside. I would wait to do any pruning until next spring/summer when you start seeing new growth commence. Have better chances of getting more lateral growth from each branch and more bloom because of this. It will more likely just sit and not produce anything now.

Are you thinking it has rot. If so, what are you observing that makes you feel there is rot.
If you are thinking there might be. Just take it out of it's pot rinse away all soil from roots.
If there are black or dark ends to roots or areas of dark brown (similar to a bruise) and the area mushy. Then this would be rot.

If you are unsure, take a photo for everyone to see. This makes it easier to help out.

My one plant that she'd it's leaves, ended up having mites. It needed repotting also. I took it out of the pot, rinse roots, sprayed upper part with
homemade spray and repotted in new soil. New leaves are just breaking.

Will look at roots and take picture for help. Will wait until Spring to prune. Adding latest pictures of my adeniums. Some spots on leaves, not sure why?. Please help. Removed them from direct sun two weeks ago. Still not sure when to bring them in or if I she bring them. Live in south Carolina. What could the spots be from?

Things look very wet. Are you still getting lots of rain? It might be an idea to have them under some sort of cover if you can. Especially if they are staying wet all the time.
The leaves on the two that have lost most of theirs are possibly showing signs of fungal issues.
If temperatures are under 60F at night, the wet and these temps. Will not be a good combination.
