New to adeniums and need help!

I have 2 adeniums that are quite small and I was wondering if I could keep them outdoors all winter. Right now it barely gets below 60 at night and the 80's during the day. Will they be okay if it's gets to maybe 30? This may only happen once or twice during the winter. I have plumeria that are related to adenium but I bring them in so the tips don't freeze because of the very few tips they have. Adeniums branch much easier than plumerias and I hard prune them every spring so should they be okay? I live in Eastvale california very close to norco. I don't care if they go dormant. I just want them to get big but once they do I don't know if I can bring them in.
