The branches have grown so long that there is no support. Looks as though it was pruned some time ago already.
Should be pruned again. May be too much nitrogen or not enough sunlight?

Thanks Rick. Yes I pruned it about a year ago, and repotted it recently thinking it would help. as far as the nitrogen I haven't feed it any fertilizer for some time I also have another one in the same spot and it's doing fine.

They all do seem to have a different characteristic. It looks very healthy despite the heavy branches. I can only guess as I do know your growing conditions, but I would say it needs stronger light and possibly for more hours.

Do you turn the plant around periodically? Looks like its growing toward the light!

It's not growing towards the light. I moved it there to get the pic. It was actualy leaning away from the sun.
