What is the thing that they put on the cutting area?

I saw in utube that when they do cutting and prune their adenium plants they will apply some glue or paint types of thing on the cutting area. Can anyone tell what is that actually and where can I buy it? Please help because I ve the intention to prune one of my plants. Thank you
