My very first seed pod just opened. I'm wondering how long do you wait before planting or can you plant right away

The fresher the better so I would sow asap...not that I've ever had a flower yet, let alone a seed pod! I've had seed from the US and off ebay UK that has sprouted in as little as 3 days, so they can sprout quickly.

Hi again, for bought seeds you do need to soak them for a couple of hours before planting, but I guess with super fresh ones off your plant they should be fine...just keep the mix moist at all times till they sprout...come back if you need any more info ;) Good luck!
