Anthoflores are usually sold at big box stores or nurseries. Where you got the violet would give some clue as to it's id.
Optimara's are sold here.
If you bought it at a nursery, they might be able to id it for you.

I bought it at my grocery store, and the tag said it was Grown in Canada for Masterpiece Flowers. Masterpiece Flowers has a website, but their products don't include names or descriptions of African Violets or any of their plants. I've checked one list of Anthoflores varieties, but there are no white stars listed. Optimara has white violets, but none of them are ruffled like mine. There is no AVSA chapter near me, so I won't be growing for show. I will enjoy my NoID for what it is. :-)

Thanks Ime. It is probably an Anthoflores. I don't know of any complete list of Anthoflores. There may be one and that may be a new violet that has been released for production.
It is a beauty and I agree, enjoy it for what it is :)
