Pittman's plant at its best - the leaf rosette is immaculate - just wait until it blooms a bunch - and go and collect your Best semi-miniature ribbon in a Show.

Its wonderful. I have three Pittmans, Frosty Fun being one. I have Precious Red which also has incredibly perfect form. I almost doesn't look real its so perfect. I also have Definitely Darryl. Sue, how small a plantlet can be mailed? Have mailed leaves before but not baby plants. Thanks.

RE: Apollo Dream

I have mailed small plantlets, recently removed from the mother leaf. Just like if you pot them up yourself, some make it and some don't. I have left just a small amount of potting mix on the roots, wrapped the root only in a slightly moist paper towel, and then put in a plastic baggie. Or, wrap loosely in bubble wrap, which will add some insulation as well. I've heard some folks say they have just left babies attached to the mother leaf and shipped them that way, though i haven't tried this.
