My AVs thrive in self-watering pots, but there are a couple of tricks to keep the roots from drowning: add extra perlite and vermiculite to the mix and don't overpot the plants.

What I would do for now is to take all of the plants out of the pot and repot them into smaller individual containers that are about 1/3 the plant's diameter. It also looks like your plants have developed "necks" as old leaves died. The link below shows how to repot to eliminate necks. Gently scrape the necks like peeling a carrot before repotting. Roots will then grow from the neck area. See Restoring a Violet too: if the necks are too long or the roots on the limp AVs are rotten you may need to cut off and reroot the plants. Good luck.
