Hello I might be able to help you. I've been a member of the african violet club, and several other plant clubs here in Portland, OR. for about 7yrs. I've heard several of our longer standing members talk about Mrs. Ardnt and her Greenhouse, sorry I don't know anything about her Hoyas, but I can do some asking around. Many of our club members belong to other clubs and are very informed, and knew her personally. Let me do some digging around, do you have a personal email? I dont get here to this forum much.
