| I should have asked Mom what kind of white African Violet she wanted first. Now, I'm looking for a Standard, Single White Bloom,(Star or Pansy) Plain Leaf,(like the old original African Violets have) African Violet. Thanks for all your responses to the previous questions I asked.SORRY. Pembroke |

| Pembroke, Mom can't ask for something she has never seen. Maybe that is simply what she is familiar with, so that is what she wants. Now might be a good time to gift her with TWO violets; one style of her choosing, and a second white one of your choice. My favorite white is Rhapsody in White, from Lyons Greenhouses. It has huge white semi- to double blooms. Barbara |

| Nancy, I have both that you mention and I can't wait for them to bloom. I'm keeping my fingers XXX'd that this cycle of buds that are about to bloom will be able to stay. I haven't seen any sign of those dern thrips and I've sprayed twice and de budded for 6 weeks now. Fred, I'm gonna go look up your recommendations and see what they look like. |
