I have been thinking about buying a digital micoscope, because as I get older my eyes aren't as good as they used to be. These microscopes can be plugged into your computer which will give you a much bigger picture to view.

Have any of you ever used one or have one?

What about cost? They range about $50.00 and up.

Some time ago a few growers on the Brats forum bought and were discussing the purchase. One lady sent videos of bugs she was able to capture on video.

I would say at that price they are certainly worth it. I have never used anything more than a 40X jeweler's loupe.

I have a regular microscope. I love it for checking for mites, nematodes, fungus, especially in the roots.

Thanks for the "info". I ordered a microscope on e-bay, but had to return it because it would not work on my computer.

My operating system is "Windows 7 (64 bit). Will the one you purchased work on this system?
