Should I move it to lower light or will it be ok as is? My wife really likes the pink, but a healthy plant is more important.

This is genetically correct. Description of the hybrid is Variegated dark green, cream and pink. Pink can be a lovely color in a plant.

Like your wife, I really like pink variegation. The good news is there's nothing wrong with having pink variegation in your plant. Here's the official description:

I'm betting you'll see both cream and pink as the new leaves mature.

Your leaves at 4, 5, and 7 o'clock look like they may have gotten burnt at one time (leaf scorch), but the newer growth looks okay. It looks like it's happy now - look at the new buds coming up - so I'd leave it as is but watch for signs of too much light on the newer growth.

Fortunately the leaves aren't actually scorched, though it does look that way in the picture. I had to move the plant to get a top down pic of it, so most of it is lit by natural sunlight, and the scorched looking areas are reflecting the pink from the grow lights.

I've noticed more variegation than it had previously and I think it might be due to what you're talking about. It's been abnormally cold this winter and their area gets cool at night. I really like seeing the variegation come in!
