Leaf issue

I tried researching what I recently noticed on a few of my AVs. The plant looks good but a few of the bottom leaves have some brown looking soft areas. I have 3 of out of 7 plants with the same issue. Is it the cooler weather since I have them on an eastward window? I will upload some pictures .

This has a few areas. I moved them away from the kitchen window this morning but I noticed it last night just in case it was a cold.

By any chance, are you using tap water that contains chloramjne? It looks like it could be chloramine damage. Joanne

Is the damage on the window side?

I use rain water or water from my fish tanks to water all my plants.
I'm not sure if the damage was on the window side or not since I rotate them every few days since there in my kitchen window. Hoping is just the cold. Should I just go ahead and cut all the damage off?

If it is brown, it is dead and should be removed.
