| Just received word that Anne Tinari passed away this morning. Anne and Frank Tinari started Tinari Greenhouses back in the 1940's. They made it their life's work to promote african violets. Of course I did not know her personally but admire her and her late husband Frank's contribution to the violet world. |

| This is an awfully sad week for the African Violet world, having now lost two great contributors within just days of each other. My thoughts are with her family. |

| Hi all, I received the same info from Janet Riemer who spoke with Anne's daughter and the family is requesting that donations be made to the Tinari Endowment Fund at AVSA. Fred in NJ |
