If you want a photo to appear here you need to first upload it to a server, for example a web-based picture sharing site such as Photobucket, Webshots, Snapfish, etc. Pictures on a sharing site can easily appear in different forums and web pages. I use Photobucket where it is free to set up an account and easy to upload photos. You simply copy a link that is shown for your photo at Photobucket into the message section here.

If you don't want to use a sharing site, you can upload photos in the AV Gallery Section. It puts up a link only (no photo). You can then come here and refer people to your gallery posting and they can click on the link to see your photo.
