Yeah, that one is a little difficult for me as well. Another one that is difficult for me is Carnation Sprinkles. Usually I just pitch plants that are difficult, but I love the blossoms on these two, so I keep them around for the few times they do bloom for me.
The "easiest" violet I have ever grown is Wisdom. Grows rapidly and blooms often. Harbor Blue is another favorite.

My most difficult is Gillian. I purchased the first one on E-bay. It must have been grown in a plug tray for way too long, for it looked like a head of romaine lettuce, leaves sticking straight up. They never flattened out, regardless of the amount of light. I finally pitched it. The second one came from a commercial grower as a young plant, and it got root rot. I'm on the third one that I picked up at a show, and it is not doing much.

The easiest violet is Orchard's Bumble Magnet. It grows so symmetrically a friend thought it was a petrocosmea. It propagates very easily. With some disbudding, it will bloom very profusely.

Mine is one that I no longer grow. Lord knows I have tried though. That one is Teeny bobber. :o(

Ha! Teeny Bopper is hard for me, too. I mean, I have no trouble keeping it alive. The leaves look good. It just has NEVER bloomed for me, and I have had it for well over a year. What am I doing wrong? Does it just need way more light than my other violets? Another one that has been hard for me is Optimara Millennia. It is starting to bloom now, but it has been a looong wait. Does it bloom frequently for any of you?
