Hi everyone, I have a guestion is it safe to transplant a violet with a seed pod on it? Thanks Terri

just wouldn't wanna do anything that might take the plant's energy away from making those seeds :-)

I could be way off-base tho... But that's how I look at it.

Hi,
I agree in part with M3. If the pod was the result of a cross I had made I would leave it alone. If on the other hand it was a spontanious cross I would chance repotting it with the pod in tact.

Are you thinking that you wouldn't have to water it so often if you repot it? The seed pod is not the reason. If the need for watering has increased, it probably is in a growth spurt or your house is nice and warm.
