Seen as there isn't much to reference size to, anything I could say would be a guess...
The first one looks probably big enough to go into a larger pot, all depends on whether the roots are filling the current one out or not, and what size the 'grown up' plant is going to be. Supposedly you want to aim for a pot 1/3 the size of the leaf span. - I usually go with just bigger than the root ball. Turns out to be about the same almost all the time.
If you just got them, you may want to give them some time to acclimatize to your conditions before messing with their roots though. Unless it is an impossible potting medium...

Your pot size should be 1/3 the size of your leaf span. Bigger pots stay too wet for too long, encouraging rot. Also, violets will busy themselves filling the root ball with roots before they bloom.

As Karin says, re-pot only if the soil is not good but with Jack's plants, you should be fine. If you do re-pot, use the same size pots they are in now.

They are looking just fine now...so i think I'll wait on repotting for a while longer. They are such awesome plants! I'd recommend Jack's to anyone!
