Let them grow and hopefully you will be able to pick off small plants that you can root like you would root a sucker.

They have been growing; I can see individual leaves without a magnifying glass. This one grows slowly! My Peppermint Girl leaf is growing one baby on the very edge of the leaf.

All my other leaves are producing normal babies (no others with girl leaves). I will do as you suggest with the two weirdos. --Jaye

I raise quite a few of the mini violets. I think if you place the pot with your Tamsen leaf inside a Ziploc bag and seal it up, you'll find those babies will start putting out roots. Just keep the soil mix damp not wet. The extra humidity inside the bag seems to promote the growth of "air roots". I'm using that term because I don't know what else to call them. The roots just grow from the base of the new plants.

I start all of my mini avs in 1 1/4 oz Solo cups inside Ziploc snack size bags. I put a wick in every pot. Once you seal the bag, you've created a mini self-watering environment for your babies. Think of it as a mini rainforest in a bag. I have an extensive collection of mini avs and have had great success using this technique. It's also a great way to isolate those new leaves and bables.
