All wicked up!

Thanks Fred for the deli container idea. I've been saving them for almost 2 months. Finally had enough to get these all wicked. For now they are small enough that 2 can share a container. I didn't think it would take so long but these 14 took about 2.5 hours. Ugh, glad I don't have more little ones now.

Your set up looks great....very fancy. Just wondering, where did you buy the wicks from?

Old deli containers fancy? :) It's acrylic yarn that was suggested here. I got it at a Jo-Ann Fabrics. 100% acrylic, worsted weight (whatever that is!). Originally 4-ply, but i made it 2 ply for each plant.

Hey Frank,
Youse done good!!! The plants look great. I know what u mean when u said it took 2.5 hours to get it all done. I just potted up 7plantlets of Ness' Crinkle Blue and 6 of OPtimara Little Amethyst to take to the sale table at our show. In fact I have been potting a few every day now that the show is getting closer.
Keep up the good work, they look terrific.

PS If I don't have any room for more deli containers I have used old pill containers left over from meds we use.
They are quite tall and bring the plants above the others.
