Boreal flowers close at night?

Hi everyone,

I have a decent amount of NOIDS but have recently received a few named leaves and now the little plants are blooming. The first to bloom is a Boreal. I love it! I'm just kinda shocked to see that its blooms close at night. None of my NOIDS do that. Is this common or my Boreal a little weird lol? The flowers haven't sported colour as they are still violet with pink fantasy.

Hi Ryan,

I have noticed that some young violet blooms will close some at night. Maybe Boreal does it a little more pronounced.
