1) Isolate it from any other ones that you have.
2) Repot it into a soil less mix 1:1:1 (lots of info in our FAQs)
3) I'd wick it when you repot it into the next mix
4) feed it a continuous feed of a good AV fertilizer

Your other one hasn't gone bad, it probably needs a bit of a break. There was another thread on here about why violets don't bloom. It might be worth your time to check it out.
