Others will give you excellent advice. But first, cut off all the dead blooms. They are not healthy for your plant, attract insects, and detract from the look of your plant. It appears all the outer leaves look sunburned. You might also use the search feature on this forum to learn about grooming while waiting for the experts on the forum to advise you. Good luck. Remove the outer row of leaves that are pale in color as well as the one at 11:00. This will reduce the size and balance your plant as well. If more than one row is yellowing, wait about two-three weeks and remove another row. Do not remove more than one row at a time as there is a root-to-leaf ratio that should be maintained. It looks from the picture that you can remove two to three rows to get back to where the darker green leaves are.

Make sure you do not leave stubs-remove the leaf stems cleanly. And, as Joanne says, remove the dead blooms.

Also, technically, you do not prune African violets, you groom them.
