Hi everyone, Don't give up on your violets so guick, just look at this little girl a year ago she was half dead and look at her now she had every thing from tight crowns to no crown at all as I removed in hope that she would survive and she did so please give them a chance before you throw them out-Terri

What a nice recovery job on your part. Isn't it amazing what a bit of TLC can do?

Hi Dora, Thanks for taking a look, this is ma's lily pad there is a little way to go with her as I believe there is more green in the flower. I'll keeping working at it. But to be honest it was quite a year with this one and believe me there were times when I felt like giving up and getting a new one.and that's where my love for the plant and my hobby kicks in. Thanks for the post and photo! I have a few NOIDs with tight crowns (I am a newbie!), and I've been debating the last few days whether or not I should toss them. (My other AV plants are growing well.) I think I'll hang on to them and try to see what I can do. That's inspirational! Barbara
