Birthmarking??

Not sure with this one. When I got it I noticed there were some flowers which were a paler pink. It is still adjusting to my place from the greenhouse so the flowers are drying out prematurely, and the paler ones seemed to dry out faster, so I assumed the paler pink flowers were just older, and that the other flowers would fade as they matured.
But I looked under and noticed this- some leaves have NO red, but all the newer leaves do. Is it changing color? Is this a form of birthmarking?
