| My daughter brought me 3 violets, one bell and 2 mini's.The mini's are in 2 1/2" pots. I do not know how often or how much fertilizer to give them. Also, can I start the bell from a leaf like the others? |

| HI, Yes you can start a bell from a leaf, the only reason it should not give you a clone would be if the plant was a chimera. I fertilize my minis the same way that I fertilize my entire collection . I wick water all my plants and I make my mix very light. I also repot every 4 - 6 months and when I mix the fertilizer I use half the recommended dosage. Fred in NJ |
