you have a healthy strong young plant with some damage from being in a mail. It will survive just right.

What I will do - get it out of the pot - remove the extra soil from the surface so the leaf stalks are not submerged into the soil, put the soil back under the root ball and pop it back.. You can brush the dirt from leaves and from the center. I a thinking that you can just let the damage be - it will dry up. Water your plant sparingly from the bottom - Rob's soil is on a heavy side - so you do not want to compress it even more by watering from the top. Use weak fertilizer - and in a month you probably will see first blossom.
I ordered plants from Viloletbarn before - and never lost a thing even they look on a small side in the beginning.

PS If a leaf is broken - get it off and put it down for rooting. More good plants for you.
