I looked up both in the First Class Program and here are the descriptions:

Breezy Brea (T. Davis) Single chimera light pink sticktite large star/darker pink stripe, raspberry edge. Medium green, plain, pointed. Standard

Glitter Surprise (9280) 10/20/2003 (K. Patton) Single chimera white sticktite star/bright pink stripe, fuchsia edge. Medium green, plain, pointed, serrated. Standard (DAVS 1571)

Looks like the main differences are light pink vs. white flower backgrounds and non-serrated vs serrated leaves. They really do look alike. I've heard that you shouldn't try to ID a NOID because there are so many plants that are similar. These two certainly illustrate that point!
