Question about repotting store bought plants

I've had AV for a couple years. Mom grew them for years as I grew up. But I"m just now getting "INTO" them. I have 3 healthy plants that produce beautiful blossoms. But they look like they are outgrowing the small pots I bought them in. One was from a florist. The other is a "rescue" from Walmart. I've had them for several months. Do they need repotting, or when do I tell if they need to be repotted?

Also, my Walmart rescue plant has a baby plant on the side. What is the best way to get it off and replant it?

My plants are in an east window right over the kitchen sink. They must get enough humidity due to washing dishes. They look great.

Thanks.

Sharon
