Are there any cultural differences between the little guys, semi's, and standard AVs?

Appreciate!

RE: re: mini vs standard

Most growers would say minis and semis should be grown just like standards. But with this exception, put them about 6-8 inches below the light tubes if growing in a light garden.

This gives them a flat rosette and seems to tighten the leaves so there are fewer gaps between.

If you take your minis and semis to show, you can leaves lights on for as long as 16 hours (going up very gradually). (This is for the period of time you are disbudding for show) Normal hours for minis/semis is 10-12 hours per day.

After show they may need a rest from all the special attention.

Standards prefer to be called 'Gorgeous' and wish to be spoken to as an adult. Minis and semis want to be called "Cutie Pie" and will gladly tolerate gushing baby talk.

I would also add that I repot my semis and minis more often than my standards. Minis and semis every 4 months.
Standards every 9.
